Schedule: You can have dinner from 6:00 p.m., the show starts at 8:30 p.m.

A Buffet Dinner based on salads, typical Brazilian dishes, the famous Brazilian Churrasco (variety of grilled meats), samples of international cuisine (Eastern, Arabic and Italian), seafood and desserts, all accompanied by a Latin American show offering a musical tour of Latin American culture and folklore through its music and dances.

RAFAIN STEACKHOUSE It also offers lunch with the same buffet system every day starting at 11:30.

THE HISTORY OF BRAZILIAN CUISINE

An opportunity to experience the best of traditional Brazilian cuisine embarking on a journey of its history from ancient times to the 21st century.

A sequence of 6 dishes are prepared in front of the diners, where the highly trained Chef will tell us about each ingredient, its origin and its technique, all harmonized with Caipirinhas and wonderful wines.

Imagine the flavors of a Moqueca (fish stew) from 600 years ago or knowing why Feijoada is the national dish of Brazil. You will be surprised to know how it happened.

This service is only provided PRIVATELY from 2 passengers and with a maximum of 30 and the sequence of dishes varies from 5 to 6 depending on the number of diners.

SUNSET FOOD EXPERIENCE

Inspired by the understanding that travel can and needs to bring learning, awareness and personal transformation through contact and interaction with other cultures, the Sunset Food Experience has been created in order to give visitors the opportunity to feel, live, get emotional and be an active piece in his or her own journey.

This authoral dining exprience is signed by a knowledgeable cheff and staff and allows for hands-on experience in preparing and learning the night's meal that may include a six course dinner using locally grown healthy products. One example might be a hands-on bread that diners will help make. In most days visitors may also enjoy a great sunset comanding gourgeous view of Foz do Iguaçu.

MADERO TANGO

Open: Tuesday to Sunday - 8:00 p.m

MADERO TANGO Dinner Show, a daily Tango and Folklore show, an experience to understand Argentine roots through this musical exhibition (singing and dance).

A musical evening accompanied by a six-course dinner where you can taste typical Argentinean cuisine dishes along with its famous wines.

Important:

Madero Tango offers a Solo Show option for those who do not wish to have dinner.

PATA NEGRA GOURMET MARKETT

Open – Daily from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Pata Negra Gourmet is a gastronomic space designed for moments such as Happy Hours (sunset) or Dinners (night) where you can experience a gastronomy that combines Spanish and Argentine dishes.

Patanegra has a small food shop where you can purchase typical Argentine canned products, preserves and original drinks.

The service offered in our tariff includes a Four Course Menu without drinks where the passenger will have the opportunity to choose between the 3 options offered.

ARGENTINA EXPERIENCE

It is not a culinary class, it is a learning and fun experience.

Open – Monday to Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Learn about Argentine culture, try its typical foods and drink its wines in the company of other travelers in a super fun atmosphere.

A unique and cozy atmosphere divided into 2 large tables, a bilingual host (English and Spanish) guides the entire experience of this 5-course dinner.

Cocktails with homemade appetizers, like the famous Argentinean empanada (pastry) and learning secrets and details of this delicacy, followed by hot dishes and finally dessert with typical sweets.

As a final touch we will have the opportunity to prepare and taste an Argentine hot "mate" drink learning the details and tricks of its preparation.
