The Iguazú region (Big Waters in Guarani language) is located on the Three-country border area formed by Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay and where the Iguazú River flows into the Paraná River.

Iguassu Falls:
An Unforgettable Spectacle, the Iguazú Falls are a set of more than 275 individual waterfalls that extend for almost 2.7 kilometers in the subtropical jungle. They are known for their impressive strength and beauty, with manifold cascades dropping from dizzying heights creating a curtain of water that can be seen and felt from various observation decks along the way.

Iguassu National Park :
The Iguaçu National Park (Brazilian side) created to protect the sceneery of Iguassu Falls and a rich biodiversity around them, was founded in 1939 and designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. Similar dates for the Iguazu National Park, Argentinean side are 1935 and 1984.

Shared by Brazil and Argentina and joined by the Iguazú River, the park is part of the most important biological continuum in South-Central South America, with approximately one million hectares of natural areas, with more than 600,000 hectares of protected areas and another 400,000 in primitive forests.
Numerous trails and paths that wind through the tropical jungle allow us to discover its varied biodiversity where more than 250 species of butterflies have already been recorded, in addition to a wide variety of mammals, amphibians, snakes, lizards, fish and more than 200 species of birds.

It is the joint responsibility of both countries to protect and conserve this important World Natural Heritage.

The Falls are undoubtedly the main attraction and offer us a unique experience, immersing us in their magical environment to the point of excitement, allowing us to get closer to the falls through strategically located walkways and lookout points, take boat rides to feel the force of the falls from below or enjoy the serenity of a boat ride on the Iguazú River, explore the Devil's Throat, the largest and most impressive waterfall that seems to defy gravity with its immense flow of water.
